Full sunlight exposure or freezing temperatures are not recommended for our jewels. Some jewels maybe bleached by the sun and fade. Clean stones with mild soap and water only, do not use harsh chemicals or alcohol-based products. These products may remove the beautiful polish on the jewel.
- Warranty - Hardware
- Door Jewels warrants these products against defects in material and workmanship, including adherence of stones to hardware, under normal residential use and service for a period of 5 years from original date of purchase. Commercial use is warranted for a period of 2 years. Door Jewels at its option shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. Please retain the dated receipt as evidence of date of purchase. In order to keep warranties in effect, the product must have been handled and used as indicated in Care and Cleaning instructions. This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence. Door Jewels shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
- Warranty - Jewels
- The jewels used by Door Jewels are not manufactured. They are natural elements of the earth. Therefore cracking, or other breakage of the stone itself through normal use is not warranted. However, Door Jewels, as its sole discretion, may provide a replacement jewel at a reduced cost.
- Shipping Orders
- If products are in stock, all orders are shipped within 72 hours from San Francisco, California area. We ship Domestic UPS ground. If you are out of the US then your shipping will be at higher rates.
